What I’m Loving Lately
I plan to seasonally share some of my favorite things, and if it becomes a hit, I’ll start a monthly post. Since this blog is a Travel and Lifestyle blog, I want to include a little more lifestyle into the mix. Down below I will share productivity hacks, fitness and nutrition tips, wardrobe recommendations, travel essentials, and skincare and product reviews. Pretty much I’m going to give you a little piece of my daily life, and how I prepare for vacations.

Things I’m loving: productivity
I have always loved using a planner. The love affair began in middle school when everyone received a free planner from the school. There was nothing like writing down my homework and crossing off my to do list. I still have the same love for planners, and despite the advancement in technology, I continue to use a real “hold in your hands” planner. I even used a few expensive planners over the years such as Erin Condren and Purposeful Planner which could cost up to $65. Yes, I know this is ridiculous which is why I seeked out a cheaper planner with similar qualities. The Happy Planner is such a cute planner that last for 18 months. Of course, I picked the “flamingo” themed Happy Planner which is full of all things vacation related. You can purchase this fabulous planner here.
Things I’m Loving: Reading
Reading is one of my favorite hobbies, but finding the time can be a challenge. A co-worker recently introduced me to Amazon’s Audible, and I was able to snag the July Prime deal for only $8/month for the first 6 months. The normal monthly rate is $14.95/month. Every month Amazon awards your account with 1 credit towards new reads. I listen to them on the way to work, while walking maui, working out and while running errands. I always want to feel productive, and my goal of reading 10 books per year may actually happen this year.
Things I’m Loving: Skincare
Back in May 2017 I decided to become a Rodan +Fields consultant. And boy has it changed my skin in a very short time. My favorite two products of the summer are the lash boost and hydration serum. Long lashes and hydrated skin are must-haves for summer travels and all vacations. R+F just launched a limited supply of travel size regimens with the purchase of a full regimen + hydration serum. This deal screams “Traveling Greenes!” So excited for my travel size regimen to come in the mail just in time for our trips this fall. If you are interested in the business opportunity or products shoot me an email at email@example.com or DM me on instragram @brittanycgreene. I plan to do a more detailed post about R+F with before and after photos and all the products I’ve been using. Check out the before and after pics below. All photos are untouched without filters. You can also visit my R+F website and take the solution tool to find out what regimen fits you.
Things I’m Loving: Nutrition
This summer I have been obsessed with flavored water. I’ve been a avid water drinker my whole life, but truth be told recently I’ve become very bored with it. In order to stay hydrated I randomly buy different flavored waters each week. I’m definitely not a fan of sweet water or anything with a lot of taste. So, recently I found the best combination ever: Lemon Cayenne water by hint. It has a unique flavor with a little kick plus it provides 60 mg of all natural caffeine. It’s the perfect afternoon pick me up without indulging in coffee while staying hydrated. Check out other flavors here.
Things I’m Loving: Self-Care
One of our favorite ways to relax is cruising on the boat. We’ll often cruise to dinner with our friends after work for dinner. The Intracoastal Waterway is calm and peaceful in the evenings, and it’s so relaxing to sip rosé and watch the sunset. Good company, good food and good views is all you need for self-care. You can purchase my comfy sundress at the ad below.
Things I’m Loving: Fitness
My summer was literally made when I read the email about Pure Barre On Demand I am a member of the awesome community, but I’ve had a hard time getting to the classes this summer due to traffic, work schedule and just plain life. When the company announced that Pure Barre On Demand was available to contract members, I was so thrilled. Not only can I squeeze in a quick workout during the busy summer months, I can also do these workouts on vacation. Super pumped to embrace the shake on all of our fall trips. Anyone can join in on the fun for just $29.99/month or receive On Demand free with the purchase of a 12 month package at your local studio.
Things I’m Loving: Travel Essential
My absolute favorite travel essential of all time goes to: COOLA Makeup Setting Spray. Before heading out to enjoy the sunshine, I always apply spf 50 before applying R+F mineral peptides with a little bronzer and blush. Throughout the day instead of adding sunscreen over my summer makeup, I will periodically spray the Coola Makeup Setting Spray which has spf 30, green tea, aloe and hyaluronic acid. This stuff is so amazing and TSA approved. You can purchase it here.
I hope you guys found this post helpful, and I would love to continue sharing more of my favorite things related to travel and lifestyle. Leave a comment if you liked this type of post. Until next time, Cheers!
